As co-founder of Transatlantika, I bring together strategy, creative expertise and a network on both sides of the Atlantic.

Sport has always been part of my life. As a personal trainer and EXOS Coach, I help people build strength, move with confidence and stay active for the long run.
Through personal training and group sessions, we work on strength, athleticism and recovery. Your goals and everyday life shape our approach.
People & possibilities.
A conversation can open up a new perspective. A shared experience can spark an idea. Bringing the right people together can give that idea a future.
Through conversations, collaborations and projects, I create opportunities for people to exchange experiences, learn from each other and make things happen.
Speaking & workshops.
I host and produce podcasts, and enjoy bringing ideas into a room — from internal workshops to conference stages. A TED talk is next on the list.
Whether it’s a keynote, a panel or a hands-on workshop with your team, I bring the same curiosity and directness that shapes everything else I do.
A little about me
Sport is where much of my story begins. Around eleven years at adidas took me across product, marketing and business development, in Germany and the US.
Today, I’m co-founder of Transatlantika, a personal trainer and a collaborator on projects that connect sport, brands and people. I live in Hannover with my family and feel at home on both sides of the Atlantic.
What draws me to a project is the possibility of helping something grow: a person’s confidence, a product idea, a brand or a relationship that becomes a lasting collaboration.
